1. 訂單與付款 (Orders & Payment)

 

1.1 所有訂單需提供真實、準確的個人及聯絡資料。

All orders require the provision of true, accurate personal and contact information.

 

1.2 訂單一經確認付款即成立合約,付款方式包括信用卡、轉數快(FPS)、Alipay、Payme等,本公司保留最後決定接受付款方式之權利。

An order constitutes a binding contract once payment is confirmed. Payment methods include Credit Card, FPS (Faster Payment System), Alipay, Payme etc. The Company reserves the right of final decision on the acceptance of payment methods.

 

1.3 商品價格以網站公佈為準,並以港幣(HKD)計算,所有價格可能含或不含稅費(視情況而定)。

Product prices are subject to the prices published on the website and are denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). All prices may or may not include taxes, as applicable.

 

1.4 如遇價格錯誤或缺貨,本公司有權取消訂單並全額退款。

In the event of pricing errors or stock unavailability, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

 

2. 商品資訊與使用 (Product Information & Use)

 

2.1 本公司所售商品均詳列成分及用途說明,但不保證每位顧客使用後皆達同等效果。

All products sold by the Company have their ingredients and instructions for use detailed, but we do not guarantee that every customer will achieve the same results after use.

 

2.2 芳香療法及靈氣療癒服務為輔助身心靈健康,非醫療行為,不能替代醫療診斷與治療。

Aromatherapy and Reiki healing services are intended to support holistic well-being (mind, body, and spirit). They are not medical practices and cannot replace medical diagnosis and treatment.

 

2.3 使用者請依照指示或專業指導正確使用產品與服務,如有過敏或不適,請立即停止使用並諮詢醫生。

Users should use the products and services correctly in accordance with instructions or professional guidance. If any allergic reaction or discomfort occurs, please discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor.

 

3. 退換貨政策 (Return & Exchange Policy)

 

3.1 商品如非質量問題,一般不接受退換貨,特定情況另行協商。

Generally, returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality-related issues. Specific cases may be negotiated separately.

 

3.2 收到商品後,如發現破損或錯發,請於7日內通知本公司並保持商品完整及包裝,以利退換處理。

Upon receipt of goods, if you discover damaged or incorrect items, please notify the Company within 7 days and keep the product and its original packaging intact to facilitate the return or exchange process.

 

3.3 客製化商品或工作坊報名費用通常不接受退費,除非因公司原因取消活動。

Customized products or workshop registration fees are generally non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the Company.

 

4. 物流與運送 (Logistics & Shipping)

 

4.1 本公司會盡力按時安排發貨,但因不可抗力因素如天氣、海關等可能導致延誤,恕不負責延遲產生之損失。

The Company will make every effort to arrange for timely dispatch. However, we are not liable for any losses arising from delays caused by force majeure events, such as weather, customs clearance, etc.

 

4.2 運費按訂單重量與目的地計算,部份促銷活動提供免運費服務。

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order's weight and destination. Free shipping may be offered during certain promotional periods.

 

5. 責任限制 (Limitation of Liability)

 

5.1 本公司不保證網站無錯誤或連續正常運作,對於因網站使用所產生的任何直接或間接損失不承擔責任。

The Company does not warrant that the website will be error-free or operate uninterruptedly and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the website.

 

5.2 對於因產品使用不當或服務誤解所造成的任何損害,本公司不承擔任何法律責任。

The Company shall not bear any legal liability for any damages resulting from improper use of products or misunderstanding of services.

 

5.3 本條款如有任何部分被認為無效或不可執行,該部分不影響其他條款效力。

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

 

6. 個人資料保護 (Personal Data Protection)

 

6.1 本公司依據香港個人資料(私隱)條例收集及處理個人資料,僅用於處理訂單、顧客服務及推廣活動。

The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong, solely for the purposes of order processing, customer service, and promotional activities.

 

6.2 未經您的同意,本公司不會將個人資料提供予第三方,但法律規定除外。

We will not disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

 

6.3 您可隨時聯絡我們查詢、更正或刪除您的個人資料。

You may contact us at any time to inquire about, correct, or delete your personal data.

 

7. 知識產權 (Intellectual Property)

 

7.1 本網站及內容(文字、圖片、商標等)均受著作權保護,未經授權不得擅自使用。

The website and its content (including text, images, trademarks, etc.) are protected by copyright and may not be used without prior authorization.

 

7.2 客戶提交的創作或反饋,除非另有協議,視為授權本公司使用於市場推廣等合理用途。

8. 爭議及管轄權 (Disputes & Governing Law)

 

8.1 本條款及雙方權利義務均依香港特別行政區法律解釋。

These Terms and the rights and obligations of both parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

退換貨政策 | Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for purchasing products and healing services from HelloSoul. To protect the rights and interests of both parties and to ensure quality service, please read the following return and exchange terms carefully.

 

1. 退貨申請條件 (Conditions for Return Application)

 

1.1 商品必須為未經使用,且非因本公司原因以外的瑕疵、損壞、故障造成問題,保持完整原包裝(包括外包裝紙盒)。

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its complete original packaging (including the outer box). Returns are accepted only for issues such as pre-existing defects, damage, or malfunctions attributable to the Company, and not for issues arising from other causes.

 

1.2 不接受商品已拆封使用、因個人因素導致損壞、磨損、污染、刮傷、髒污、配件缺失或包裝破損不完整的退貨申請。

Return applications will not be accepted for products that have been opened or used, or for any damage, wear and tear, contamination, scratches, dirt, missing accessories, or incomplete/damaged packaging caused by personal factors.

 

1.3 包裝如破損、發霉或配件不齊全者,恕不接受退貨。

Returns will not be accepted if the packaging is damaged, moldy, or if accessories are incomplete.

 

1.4 嚴禁惡意或大量退貨行為,公司有權拒絕相關申請。

Malicious or large-volume returns are strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to refuse any such applications.

 

1.5 本公司不設退貨鑑賞期,請於購買前確認商品是否符合您的需求。

The Company does not offer a cooling-off period for returns. Please confirm that the product meets your needs before purchasing.

 

2. 退貨流程 (Return Process)

 

2.1 請先聯絡客服人員確認退貨意願,提供訂單號及完整商品與發票資訊以便辦理。

Please first contact our customer service staff to confirm your intention to return. Provide your order number, and complete product and invoice information to facilitate the process.

 

2.2 客服將安排由本公司委託的物流公司回收商品,請配合安排收件時間及提供正確的收貨地址與聯絡方式。

Customer service will arrange for our designated logistics company to collect the product. Please cooperate with the scheduled pick-up time and provide the correct pick-up address and contact information.

 

2.3 退貨商品寄回時,請務必保持包裝完整。

When sending back the returned product, please ensure that the packaging is kept intact.

 

3. 退換貨政策 (Return and Exchange Policy)

 

3.1 商品如非質量問題,一般不接受退換貨,特定情況可另行協商。

As a general rule, returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality-related issues. Specific cases may be negotiated separately.

 

3.2 收到商品後,如發現破損或錯發,請於7日內通知本公司,並保持商品完整及包裝,以利退換處理。

Upon receipt of the goods, if you discover any damage or incorrect items, please notify the Company within 7 days and keep the product and its packaging intact to facilitate the return or exchange process.

 

3.3 客製化商品或工作坊報名費用通常不接受退費,除非因公司原因取消活動。

Customized products or workshop registration fees are generally non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the Company.

 

4. 退款說明 (Refund Information)

 

4.1 使用信用卡付款者:退貨確認後,本公司將款項直接退回原信用卡帳戶,退款時間依信用卡銀行處理時程而定,一般約7至14個工作天。

For Credit Card Payments: After the return is confirmed, the Company will issue the refund directly to the original credit card account. The processing time for the refund depends on the credit card issuing bank, typically taking 7 to 14 business days.

 

4.2 貨到付款者:退貨成功後,退款款項會轉帳至您所提供的銀行帳戶,請務必提供正確帳戶資料。

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: After a successful return, the refund amount will be transferred to the bank account you provide. Please ensure you provide the correct account information.

 

5. 換貨申請條件 (Conditions for Exchange Application)

 

5.1 換貨商品需為未使用狀態,且無因個人原因產生損壞、故障,且保持原始完整包裝(包括外包裝紙盒)。

The product for exchange must be in an unused condition, free from any damage or malfunction caused by personal reasons, and must be in its original, complete packaging (including the outer box).

 

5.2 如本公司有額外提示,請保存完整包裝,否則不予換貨。

If the Company provides additional instructions, please keep the complete packaging; otherwise, an exchange will not be granted.

 

5.3 客製化商品及療癒服務不可換貨(除因本公司原因取消)。

Customized products and healing services are not eligible for exchange (unless cancelled by the Company).

 

6. 換貨流程 (Exchange Process)

 

6.1 請先與本公司客服聯絡,雙方同意換貨後,需先依原訂單辦理退貨並寄回商品。

Please contact our customer service first. Once both parties agree to the exchange, you must first process a return for the original order and send the product back.

 

6.2 退貨完成且確認狀況符合後,請重新下單購買您期望的商品。

Once the return process is complete and the product's condition is confirmed to be eligible, please place a new order for the product you wish to purchase.

 

6.3 如有價格差額,本公司將協助向您索取或退還相應費用。

If there is a price difference, the Company will assist in collecting the additional payment from you or refunding the excess amount to you.

 

6.4 如無差額,則不需另行處理。

If there is no price difference, no further action is required.

 

7. 物流運送及拒收 (Logistics, Shipping & Refusal of Delivery)

 

7.1 商品如有明顯損壞或錯誤,您可於送貨時拒收並立即通知客服。

If the product is visibly damaged or incorrect upon arrival, you may refuse the delivery and notify our customer service immediately.

 

7.2 運送過程中可能因不可抗力因素導致延誤,本公司將盡力協調,但不承擔相關責任。

Delays during shipping may occur due to force majeure events. The Company will do its best to coordinate but will not be held liable for such delays.

 

7.3 退換貨涉及的回運費用,若因產品質量問題由本公司承擔;非質量問題由消費者承擔。

For returns and exchanges, the return shipping costs will be borne by the Company if the issue is related to product quality. For non-quality-related issues, the costs will be borne by the consumer.

 

8. 特別聲明 (Special Declarations)

 

8.1 所有療癒服務、客製精油及工作坊報名費一律不接受退換及退款,除特殊情況如公司取消活動。

All healing services, custom-blended essential oils, and workshop registration fees are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in special circumstances such as the cancellation of an event by the Company.

 

8.2 促銷品、贈品及特別標示不退換商品,訂購前請詳閱相關說明。

Promotional items, gifts, and any products specially marked as non-returnable/non-exchangeable are not eligible for return or exchange. Please read the relevant descriptions carefully before ordering.
